We are Pitaya, a unique restaurant of its kind. Our farm to table; concept allows us to bring to the table an original menu of sea and land, which changes throughout the year, adapting to what we harvest in our garden, local products and seasonal seafood, always accompanied an extensive wine list and craft beers.
In the construction of our restaurant we use local materials, until we achieve an exquisite minimalist architecture and a subtle and elegant decoration. In Pitaya everything has been strategically designed so that you can enjoy spectacular sunsets, dreamy starry nights and the famous Baja skys.
The best place to taste exquisite dishes, surrounded by the Sea of Cortez, the Sierra de la Baja Sur and the impressive view of Cerralvo Island.
Our mission
Bring fresh, organic food to the table, in tune with well-being and the unique flavor of the region. In our service we capture the warm and friendly essence of Baja California, which allows us to create experiences that will be unforgettable.
Location
We are located in El Sargento, Baja California Sur, next to La Ventana, inside the ranch, El Sosiego. We are 40 minutes from La Paz, in front of Isla Cerralvo, in the Gulf of Baja California.

By visiting our restaurant you will not only taste exquisite dishes, but you will also be able to live with the flora and fauna that surrounds our place. Most of the animals you will meet were rescued and adopted.
